BCBA & CENTRE MANAGER

Job Title: Centre Manager & BCBA       Hours: 37 per week

Salary: £55,000+   Start Date: Dec 23          Interviews: Oct/Nov

We are looking for a BCBA to join our team as our new centre manager.

The Ark Centre is a small clinic in Chelmsford Essex with a case load of 14 clients and 6 staff.

We are looking for someone who is FUN, CALM and APPROCHABLE to be the new face of The Ark Centre.

You must be a fully qualified BCBA with experience in designing and implementing ABA programmes for children, as well as managing a team of tutors.

You must be happy to work collaboratively with our incredible SLT and OT and provide multidisciplinary programmes for our clients.

The successful candidate will be solely responsible for the running and management of the clinic and team.  As well as designing the ABA programmes in the clinic and providing 2 sessions a week of outreach consultancy in clients homes/schools/ nurseries.
